Versus ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ vs 8 Out of Ten Cats

batman-superman-movie-PODCAST-title

Now that protests have finally died down, now that our customary 3 week spoiler silence ended, now that Jeremy finally had 5 minutes to toss the whole random grab bag of a podcast together, we are now ready to share the 90 minute conversation on the 151 minute big screen edition of the 75 year build up to the battle between the world’s greatest 4 color titans (that lasts about 8 minutes.)

MILD SPOILER ALERT: Jeremy, Jason, and Matt talk in depth(ish) about Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice so this will spoil it for you if you are one of the few who have yet to take in billion dollar (let’s call it) divisive blockbuster that no one can seem to agree upon. Is it the greatest movie ever? The worst? Is it fever dream of a mad space-god-turtle? The guys are not here to convince you of any of that. What you will hear is a little exploration in the highs, the lows, and expansive middles the movie had to offer.

PLUS, they exclusively reveal the hidden linkages of the Bastard Universe of Movies™, so if you don’t know how this movie fits into the Star Trek/Walking Dead/Raising Arizona continuity, you soon will.

MORE SPOILERS: This doesn’t happen. damn it.

Check Out All 22 DC Comics’ Movie Poster Mash-Up Covers While My Wallet Gently Weeps

dc-comics-movie-poster-coversI have a long standing love/hate relationship with the ‘variant cover’ trend in comics now that it is back in full swing. That is that I hate that I secretly love them and they make me a bit of a hypocrite when I want to rally against the speculator market and falsely inflated values of my precious precious comic books. Yes, I agree they can be cash grabs at times, but they can also be cash grabs that are damn pretty to look at when done right. Right?

Well, the continued war on my wallet fired another shot recently when DC Comics revealed 22 movie poster mash-up covers for next March over at Screenrant, BuzzFeed, /Film, IGNHitFix, and of course the DC Comics website.

Check ’em out below, with a side by side of the real world movie poster that inspired the cover, for handy comparison:

RadioBastard-TITLE-117

Here at RadioBastard, we pride ourselves on providing an entertaining, economical and culturally enriching experience for you, our loyal listener. To accomplish this, our engineers work tirelessly to fill the program with celebrity impressions and other silly voices that would get a beginner stand-up comedian exiled from the chuckle hut circuit. We also offer the kind of cracker jack insight into the latest in entertainment “news”, human oddities and taco happenings that can only be achieved by two grown men who are woefully under-prepared, over-confident and absent all fucks. They have no f**ks to give, thus they do not give a f*ck and they are passing that f**klessness on TO YOU!
